Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance announces series of leadership moves

Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance announced a series of leadership moves involving Andrew Elkwood and David Clark.

  • Elkwood: Served as CEO from the company’s founding in 2021, will transition to Board Chairman

Elkwood will step back from day-to-day management while continuing to play a pivotal role in guiding ARSA’s strategic direction. He will focus on advancing key initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, partnership development, and attracting new investments to support ARSA’s national expansion.

Elkwood was pleased with the transition.

“As ARSA continues to grow in scale and scope, this leadership evolution ensures we remain well-positioned for both operational excellence and strategic expansion,”  he said. “I’m proud of what we’ve built together and look forward to supporting the leadership team as we enter this exciting next phase.”

  • Clark: Will now elevate to CEO after serving as ARSA president since 2024

As CEO, Clark will oversee all operational and organizational functions, will aim at driving ARSA’s growth strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes for patients and physician partners across the network.

Likewise, Clark is hopeful for this next stage.

“I’m honored to lead ARSA into the future,” he said. “Our focus remains on supporting our physicians, delivering outstanding patient care, and expanding access to world-class reconstructive surgical services across the country.”
