Atlantic Physical Therapy opens new facility in Wall Township

Atlantic Physical Therapy (APT), a family-owned and rapidly growing provider of physical therapy services with over 30 locations across New Jersey, opened its latest facility at 2512 Tiltons Corner Road, the former home of Asylum Sports Center, in Wall.

“We are pleased to welcome APT as our newest tenant and look forward to their continued success,” Michael Kokes, president of Kokes Properties and owner of the property said in an announcement. “We wish the Manzo family and their dedicated team all the best as they bring their expertise and passion for wellness to the Wall community.”

Situated just east of Route 34, providing easy access to the highway, the remodeled space was designed to deliver a comprehensive health and wellness experience.

“In addition to APT’s core physical therapy services, the new location will introduce enhanced offerings that support whole-body health,” Dave Manzo, partner and chief financial officer at APT said. “The facility aims to serve a wide range of clients with both rehabilitative and preventive care solutions.”

Significant renovations have modernized the space, yet key features of Asylum Sports Center’s original facility have been preserved. By retaining select equipment and infrastructure from Asylum Sports Center, APT plans to create a dynamic environment that blends physical therapy with exercise physiology and recovery under one roof.

“We’re grateful to Mike Mozeika and the Asylum team for their many years of service to the community,” Kokes added. “Their legacy remains a strong foundation as APT ushers in a new chapter at Tiltons Corner Property.”
