Bussel Realty Corp. announced on Tuesday that it leased 102,393 square feet at 1100 Randolph Road in Somerset in two separate transactions.
Ukay Trucking & Delivery Services leased 52,638 square feet and was represented by Lee & Associates. Farmmi USA Inc. leased 49,755 square feet and was represented by Rubin Realty.
Anthony Rittwager, vice president of BRC, represented the landlord, JWH Real Estate Holding, in both transactions.
