Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) on Monday announced the successful leasing of 8,785 square feet of industrial space at 632 South Avenue in Garwood.
BRC represented the tenant, Jafra Import Export Inc., in the transaction, securing the space within a larger 235,000-square-foot industrial complex.
Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, and Rebecca Abrams, sales associate, of BRC, represented Jafra Import Export Inc. The landlord, ACP Partnership LLC, was represented by Jeff Goldfinger, vice president, also of BRC.
The facility at 632 South Avenue offers a strategic location for industrial operations. It is part of the Garwood Industrial Complex, which totals 235,000 square feet on a 10-acre site. The property is conveniently located near major regional thoroughfares, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1-9 and 22, and the Garden State Parkway. This connectivity provides easy access to key logistics hubs such as Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty Airport, and the New York City metro markets.
The space features 15-foot ceilings, two tailboards, one drive-in door, wet sprinklers, and ample surface parking, making it well-suited for a variety of import and export logistical needs.
