Bussel Realty Corp. on Tuesday announced it leased the entirety of at 101 Harper Street and 21 Avenue C in Newark to Georgian Land LLC.
The industrial property totals +/-12,000 square feet and has 14- to 21-foot-high ceilings, two drive-in doors, and 400 square feet of office space on 0.27 acres.
Michael Costa, sales associate, of BRC represented both the tenant, Georgian Land LLC, and the landlord, Tojo LLC, in the transaction.
