The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. has closed two deals at 116 South Avenue in Garwood, bringing the 16,000-square-foot industrial building to 100 percent occupancy.
MIG leased 10,500 square feet to Withink Labs Inc. and 5,500 square feet to R&C Restoration Services LLC.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC represented the landlord, Clay Equities, in the transactions. Withink Labs was represented by Evergreen Commercial.

116 South Avenue in Garwood, New Jersey, is a 16,000-square-foot industrial property located near Routes 1-9, 22, and 28 as well as I-78 and the Garden State Parkway. The property features 16-foot clear height ceilings, two drive-in doors, wet sprinklers, heavy power, and surface parking.
