Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced on Wednesday that it successfully completed two lease agreements at 100 Ryan Street in South Plainfield, bringing the Class A industrial center to 100% occupancy.
The two transactions, totaling 4,500 square feet, highlight the continued high demand for flexible “small bay” industrial space in the New Jersey market.
The property, a 54,000-square-foot complex consisting of two buildings, welcomed a mix of service and distribution businesses:

Michael Costa, vice president of BRC, represented both tenants in the deals. The landlord, Ryan 100 Holdings, was represented by BRC President Steve Bussel.
