CentraState Healthcare System has announced a series of moves relating to its Board of Trustees.
Among the Board of Trustees officers, Maureen Lawrence is now board chair, Barbara McMorrow is now board vice chair, and Joseph Iantosca is now board secretary/treasurer.
Lawrence joined CentraState’s Board of Trustees in 2017 and most recently served as vice chair. Lawrence currently serves as the assistant vice president of finance at Pratt Institute and her previous experience includes being the chief financial officer at St. Francis College and vice president of finance and administration at both Middlesex College and Brookdale Community College.
McMorrow joined CentraState’s Board of Trustees in 2020 and most recently served as secretary/treasurer. She was a teacher in Freehold Borough High School before retiring as the principal of Howell High School and has served as the director of the Monmouth County Commissioners, the mayor of Freehold Township and the council president of Freehold Borough.
Iantosca re-joined CentraState’s board of trustees in 2024, having previously served from 2006 through 2017, including as board chair from 2014-2015. Additionally, he is immediate past chair of the CentraState Healthcare Foundation board of trustees. Iantosca owns and operates Tosca Associates, Inc., a consulting firm focused on community banks and technology companies.
Additionally, the following individuals have been appointed to CentraState Healthcare System’s Board of Trustees for the 2026-2028 term:

- Vincent Labbate, senior career consultant, Lee, Hecht, Harrison (LHH)
- Scott Leighty, executive vice president and chief health system officer, Atlantic Health
