Choose New Jersey on Monday announced a new partnership with BDV Solutions to launch a first-in-the-nation relocation concierge service – an initiative designed to help domestic and international companies and their employees navigate the relocation processes and efficiently access New Jersey’s talent ecosystem.
The program will support companies setting up in New Jersey by helping senior leaders and
their families relocate, offering guidance on moving to the state and integrating into the
workforce. This support could include advice on housing or schools, opening a bank account, obtaining a Social Security number or other needs.
As a dedicated concierge service, it will be shaped by the unique needs of each company, with all aspects in scope except direct visa and immigration advice. The initiative is expected to accelerate company expansion and talent retention, particularly in industries such as life sciences, technology and logistics.
The first phase of the program has begun with the recruitment of Deepa Balhara, a dedicated consultant who will oversee operations. Balhara will be based in New Jersey. Choose New Jersey and BDV Solutions will collaborate closely with local businesses, international offices and community partners to ensure a smooth rollout.

onboard international employees seamlessly and relocate executives and their families from
other states to New Jersey, we are supporting New Jersey companies as they create new jobs, grow, and strengthen the state’s competitive edge.”
The initiative will work in close collaboration with existing Choose New Jersey offices in Newark and across the world, and with local partners in the state to ensure we are doing all we can to make the process of relocating employees into New Jersey as seamless as possible. BDV Solutions will manage the concierge service, including candidate onboarding, international talent assistance, and coordination with Choose New Jersey’s international offices.
Choose New Jersey Interim President Jen Lenhardt was equally enthused.
