Morristown-based insurance firm Crum & Forster (C&F) on Wednesday announced the promotion of Paul Anderson, senior vice president to lead its retail construction segment team. In his new role, Anderson will focus on driving strategic growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring underwriting excellence across the business sector.
Anderson brings a wealth of experience to the position, having been with C&F since 2018. Most recently, he served as vice president, Middle Market Construction Division – Field Operations, where he was instrumental in developing strategic plans and achieving profitable growth across multiple regions. Before joining C&F, he led the Strategic Construction Business Unit at Selective Insurance and held senior roles at other insurance companies.
“Paul brings a fresh perspective as well as continuity to our Construction business. He’s identifying areas for growth and innovation to continue to build upon our long history in the construction segment,” John Binder, president, Commercial Lines Division for Crum & Forster said.

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati and is highly credentialed, including designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). He is also a frequent industry speaker.
