The property is owned by Vision Properties / Arena Capital Group.
A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Edward Duenas, David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Dan DeSanctis and Patrick Decker will spearhead the leasing and marketing efforts for the landlord.
