Delta Dental of New Jersey announced the appointments of James Gemus and Paul Di Maio to its board of trustees, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
The move comes following the retirement of longtime board members William Faulkner and Morton Reinhart.
Gemus is the founder and CEO of Eagle View Advisors, and had roles with Prudential and MetLife, while also serving on the boards of Infras and owl.co.
Di Maio has been with Delta Dental since 2016, starting off as an SVP and general counsel, before being named president and CEO in 2025. He previously worked for Samsung and Avaya.
Delta’s chair of the New Jersey Board of Trustees, Ronald Deblinger, praised their impact while thanking the outgoing members.

Di Maio was thankful for the opportunity.
