For many professional services firms, client feedback is taken as an internal metric. At EisnerAmper, it has become a public barometer of consistency.
The global business advisory firm has again received ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting Award, earning the Diamond Award distinction for sustaining high client ratings for at least five consecutive years. Fewer than a quarter of firms recognized by ClearlyRated reach that threshold.
The annual award is based solely on surveys completed by clients, measuring service elements such as responsiveness, proactive guidance, understanding of business goals, and return on investment.
According to ClearlyRated, fewer than 2% of accounting firms across North America qualify for the recognition.
EisnerAmper CEO Charly Weinstein applauded the announcement, saying the recognition underscores the firm’s focus on long‑term client relationships.

This year’s results show EisnerAmper outperforming national averages in several categories. The firm reported client satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 at a rate 33 percentage points higher than industry peers, along with a 35‑point lead in net promoter score, two key indicators of client sentiment.
The 2025 survey cycle also reflected interest in the firm’s technology strategy, with respondents noting improvements tied to workflow automation, data‑driven insights and other tools intended to keep pace with evolving business demands.
