Deborah Specialty Physicians at Mt. Laurel recently announced that Syed Rahmatullah, a board-certified cardiologist, has joined its practice. Rahmatullah brings specialized expertise in both cardiovascular disease and echocardiography to the southern New Jersey-based medical group.
Rahmatullah joins a team specializing in a comprehensive range of heart and vascular services, including cardiology, electrophysiology, endovascular and vascular surgery, vascular testing, and interventional cardiology.
“I am very happy to join Deborah Specialty Physicians at Mt. Laurel, where I will work alongside excellent physicians who put their patients first,” Rahmatullah said. “I’m looking forward to helping heart patients reduce their cardiac symptoms, improve their longevity, and lead overall better lives.”
A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), Rahmatullah is highly trained in his field. He earned his medical degree at Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan.
Following his medical education, Rahmatullah completed a residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He further specialized by completing a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Long Island College Hospital.
