The N.J. Economic Development Authority will host a virtual listening session Thursday to present key legislative changes and rules updates for the Aspire Program.

The Aspire Program is a gap financing tool to support commercial, mixed use, and residential real estate development projects.
The listening session will provide an overview of changes and updates for the Aspire Program. Following the listening session, feedback will be able to be submitted online until May 23.
