Andrew Lucas has recently been added as SVP of Investor Relations at First National Realty Partners, the Red Bank real estate firm announced Wednesday.
Lucas will focus on expanding participation in FNRP’s necessity-based retail offerings and creating opportunities for investors to engage more directly with the platform. He will also be responsible for developing resources that provide transparency and timely insights for respective investors.
FNRP Head of Investor Relations Ben Matheson praised Lucas’ skillset for FNRP.
“Andrew’s expertise in capital formation and relationship building makes him an excellent addition to our team,” he said. “His experience will be valuable as we scale our platform, broaden our investor base and continue improving the service and resources available to our investors.”
Lucas brings in more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and investor relations, with his previous role being managing director of capital markets at Trion Properties. He oversaw investor relations, capital raising and strategic communications. His hands-on approach and broad experience across asset types and capital channels have contributed to more than $1.5 billion in real estate capital formation.
