G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced that it has successfully arranged $23 million in permanent financing for a fully leased industrial property in Secaucus. The loan, which features an attractive five-year fixed rate, was secured for one of the firm’s longest-standing clients through a correspondent life insurance company.
The financing was arranged by President and Founder Gretchen Wilcox and Principal Al Raymond. The property is a one-story warehouse spanning 200,000 square feet, which includes a mix of warehouse and office space. It is equipped with 19 loading docks and one drive-in door.
