G.S. Wilcox & Co. recently announced it arranged $18,200,000 in financing for a 123,397 SF freestanding grocer, just 10 miles from Center City, in Willow Grove, PA.
The loan, secured by Partner Wesley Wilcox and Principal Al Raymond, features a highly competitive interest rate sourced through a correspondent life insurance company of the firm.
Situated on a 12.4-acre tract, the property is ideally located approximately one mile off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 276). The site is also directly adjacent to the SEPTA transit line, which serves 3.9 million people in and around Philadelphia and is the fifth largest overall transit system in the nation.
