Garden Communities announced that construction is progressing rapidly on its latest luxury multifamily offering, Springfield Greens, located at 40 Church Mall in Springfield. The new boutique rental community will feature 100 residences, with the first buildings already topped off and additional framing underway.
A late 2026 delivery is anticipated for Springfield Greens, which will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments alongside planned on-site amenities.
The development is positioned in a coveted Union County address along the I-78 corridor, which the developer believes will appeal to a wide demographic due to its accessibility to major highways and public transportation.
“Designed with today’s renter in mind, our latest introduction at Springfield Greens continues Garden Communities’ strong tradition of delivering exceptional multifamily living experiences in premier suburban locations,” Mark Ginsberg, developer, said.
The property is situated adjacent to Garden Communities’ existing active adult community, Spring Mill Manor.
Springfield Greens offers renters convenience to a host of neighborhood amenities, including shopping, dining, fitness centers, health care and childcare providers. It joins other recent local portfolio additions by the Short Hills-based developer, including The Metropolitan, a mixed-use development at the nexus of Millburn-Short Hills and Springfield.
