A major new logistical backbone is now operational across the United States, anchored by the opening of a massive, technologically advanced facility in the Northeast. Over the past two years, logistics provider GOFO has rapidly constructed a coast-to-coast network, culminating in the launch of its New Jersey Super Hub, a crucial component in its strategy to deliver e-commerce parcels faster, more predictably, and more affordably across the country.
This network, which currently spans over 100 hubs and stations and utilizes upwards of 30 linehaul routes across 40 states, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, currently serves more than 8,000 ZIP codes. By the end of 2025, GOFO expects to expand coverage to above 10,000 ZIP codes, enabling three-quarters (75%) of client parcels to be delivered entirely through its own infrastructure. The company already reaches 49 of the Top 50 U.S. metropolitan areas while maintaining a robust 99.5% successful delivery rate.
The core of East-West connectivity
The new New Jersey Super Hub, located in the New York metropolitan area, serves as the critical East Coast counterpart to GOFO’s Los Angeles Super Hub in California. Together, these two facilities establish a definitive coast-to-coast delivery spine, efficiently connecting long-haul freight with regional last-mile delivery across the nation’s major economic corridors.
Spanning over 400,000 square feet, the New Jersey Super Hub stands as GOFO’s largest and most advanced facility in the U.S. Its operational capacity sets a new benchmark for speed and resilience within the industry.
The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including:
- Double deck cross belt sorters
- Robotic automation
- An intelligent logistics system
These systems allow the hub to process more than 40,000 parcels per hour and handle over 800,000 parcels daily.
During high-volume periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, the New Jersey Super Hub is designed to act as a crucial capacity anchor for the entire East Coast. It is capable of absorbing up to 50 percent of national peak-season demand while maintaining consistent throughput across both GOFO’s internal operations and partner networks.
Boosting customer impact and market value
By integrating automation, data intelligence, and expanded coverage, GOFO is aiming to fundamentally change how businesses compete in the growing U.S. e-commerce market. The network enables delivery of goods in 3-to-5 days across states and regions, with next-day delivery offered around major hubs.
For e-commerce merchants and clients, the integration of GOFO’s national network means greater predictability, improved customer satisfaction due to faster nationwide reach, and reduced logistics overhead. These capabilities empower GOFO’s partners to expand their business reach and scale fulfillment effectively.
Jiahao Li, general manager of GOFO, highlighted the strategic importance of the facility beyond sheer size.
“The New Jersey Super Hub is not just about capacity: it is about confidence. It demonstrates our belief in the U.S. market, our investment in innovation, and our mission to create value for customers and communities through innovative logistics infrastructure,” Li stated. He also noted that the facility will create new job opportunities, contributing to economic growth across the East Coast region.
Marshall Yuan, head of Global Strategy, echoed this sentiment, positioning the opening as a new phase for the company.
“With the New Jersey Super Hub now fully operational, GOFO can move goods faster, smarter, and more predictably than ever. From coast to coast, our clients can count on GOFO for faster transit times, lower costs, and greater reliability. New Jersey Super Hub is not the finish line: it’s the start of GOFO’s next chapter in global logistics,” Yuan added.
A focus on future strategic growth
Looking ahead, GOFO remains committed to driving sustainable growth and operational excellence, outlining four key strategic priorities:
- Network Expansion: Continuing to add hubs, stations, and linehaul routes to enhance both speed and reliability across the national footprint.
- Technology Investment: Advancing the use of AI for route optimization and predictive analytics, while continuously upgrading robotics and automated sorting systems.
- Compliance and Governance: Upholding corporate integrity and ensuring rigorous compliance with both labor and data protection standards.
- Service Excellence: Maintaining high standards of speed, consistency, and customer trust as the network scales.
The completion of the New Jersey Super Hub solidifies GOFO’s position as a major competitor in the U.S. logistics sector, signaling a significant commitment to redefining efficiency and delivery speed for American e-commerce.
