GoNetspeed is gearing up to enter the Garden State. With a privately funded $110 million investment, the Northeast’s largest independent fiber optic network builder, will deliver fiber optic internet to six initial New Jersey communities, including Carteret, Northfield, Old Bridge, Parlin, South River, and Ventnor.
GoNetspeed’s move into these New Jersey communities marks a significant milestone in its growth, expanding the company’s footprint to its eleventh state.
“GoNetspeed is proud to expand into New Jersey as part of our commitment to strengthening communities through better connectivity,” Richard Clark, GoNetspeed president and CEO said. “With a fully privately funded investment, we’re bringing reliable, high-speed fiber service to six local communities—empowering residents, supporting small businesses, and opening new doors in education, health care, and everyday life. This is about more than faster internet—it’s about building a stronger, more connected future together.”
Construction in New Jersey is scheduled to begin in 2026, with the first customers expected to be connected by fall.
