Sojo Industries, a rapidly scaling leader in robotics-driven packaging, has signed a long-term lease for 210,564 square feet of the newly constructed Langhorne (Pennsylvania) Logistics Center, Greek Real Estate Partners and Principal Asset Management recently announced.
The deal marks one of the region’s largest industrial leases of 2025 and positions the brand- new state-of-the-art facility at 900 Wheeler Way owned and developed by GREP as a hub for advanced manufacturing and distribution.
“900 Wheeler Way was designed to deliver operational excellence and adaptability for next- generation users,” Jason Fisch, vice president of leasing at Greek Real Estate Partners, said. “Sojo is exactly the kind of innovative company we envisioned when developing this asset. Their long-term commitment affirms the strength of the Bucks County industrial market and the strategic value of this location.”
Fisch, along with Patrick Reistrom, senior leasing associate, arranged the transaction on behalf of GREP. Jim Scott of Avison Young represented Sojo.
Situated just off Interstate 295 and minutes from I-95, U.S. Route 1 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, 900 Wheeler Way offers exceptional regional and last-mile distribution capabilities. The building features 40-foot clear heights, 31 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 80 trailer stalls and 209 parking spaces, with a highly efficient layout ideal for high-volume throughput and automation.
The lease will enable Sojo to expand its existing footprint in Bucks County and support the company’s fast-growing mobile manufacturing platform, Sojo Flight, which enables beverage and consumer packaged goods brands to streamline variety pack production through automation and robotics.
“900 Wheeler Way offers an unmatched combination of accessibility, scalability and infrastructure,” Barak Bar-Cohen, founder and CEO of Sojo, said. “This facility gives us the power to double down on innovation, grow our operations and expand into adjacent sectors.”
The facility is expected to be fully operational by the fourth quarter.
David Greek, managing partner at GREP, said he was thrilled by the deal.
“We’re proud to lease 900 Wheeler Way to such an exciting, fast-growing company,” he said. “This is exactly the kind of momentum we envisioned for the property, and we’re looking forward to seeing their continued success in a space built to support growth.”
