GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc. has acquired the assets of Siefert Associates, LLC, a national construction engineering firm with a key office in Morristown. The acquisition will bring all of Siefert’s employees under the GZA banner, expanding GZA’s service offerings in New Jersey and beyond.
According to GZA President and CEO Patrick Sheehan, the addition of Siefert Associates’ team will significantly strengthen GZA’s existing Contractor Services practice and create new opportunities in the infrastructure market. Sheehan praised Siefert and his team as “premier construction engineering practitioners.”
Siefert Associates has been involved in several high-profile projects, including the raising of the Bayonne Bridge in New Jersey, the overhaul of the George Washington Bridge, and a project for NASA’s Project Artemis. This acquisition reinforces GZA’s commitment to improving infrastructure and serving clients in New Jersey.
