With New Jersey residents facing no immediate specialized intensive treatment options tailored to their needs for anxiety and OCD, Old Bridge-based Innerspace Counseling will launch the state’s first in-network, in-person and virtual, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs dedicated to OCD and anxiety disorders. This includes ERP therapy.
Innerspace Counseling founder Ajita Shah explained the ongoing issue.
