Pickleball players of all skill levels will now have access to the education and resources needed to stay healthy and have fun thanks to a new partnership between JAG Physical Therapy and The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI.
Located at 205 Route 72 West in Manahawkin, The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI is a convenient location for all locals as well as those traveling down the shore for the summer.
As part of the partnership, JAG Physical Therapy will receive naming rights to The Picklr’s performance room located in the facility and will maintain a consistent presence at club events throughout the year, including the Star-Spangled Paddle Tournament on July 10-11 and the LBI Pickleball By The Beach Tournament from August 1-3.
JAG Physical Therapy will also collaborate on social media posts with The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI to provide injury prevention, pickleball tips and more—aligning with the upcoming release of a new pickleball injury prevention book by JAG Physical Therapy’s President and CEO John Gallucci Jr., publishing this summer.
“Since pickleball is America’s fastest growing sport, we’re excited to work closely with The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI in Manahawkin to make sure players have the tips, tricks, techniques and knowledge to stay safe on the courts,” Gallucci Jr. said. “We’re going to have a fun summer with the pickleball community as we emphasize one key message: Don’t get hurt!”
“We’re thrilled to officially welcome JAG Physical Therapy to The Picklr Manahawkin-LBI family,” said club owner Tom Neale. “JAG PT has a respected reputation for being a positive corporate citizen that values its role in the community. We are proud to be partnering with them and are excited to continue bringing meaningful benefits to our community through collaborations like this.”
