Jersey City-based Jersey Hired, the Garden State’s localized talent platform, announced Wednesday the appointment of Charlotte Chatreau as resourcing partner. Chatreau will lead the company’s health care practice, a move designed to address the critical staffing shortages currently facing New Jersey’s medical community.
Chatreau brings over a decade of specialized talent acquisition experience to the role. She is tasked with expanding Jersey Hired’s suite of specialized services, including targeted recruitment marketing and the firm’s proprietary “Source & Screen” solutions.
The appointment comes at a time when Garden State hospitals and private practices are struggling with “unprecedented hiring challenges.” Unlike national job boards that rely on broad databases, Jersey Hired focuses on hyper-local connections to reduce time-to-hire for vital medical roles.
