Law firm Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone, P.A., will relocate its offices from100 Willow Brook Rd., to a new 13,500-square-foot space at 3 Paragon Way in Freehold in the fall.
JLL Senior Vice President Vinny DiMeglio represented Davison Eastman in the lease. Newmark represented the landlord, Broad Real Estate Services. JLL Project Development Services, led by Senior Project Managers Denise Barone and Eric Starr, will manage the relocation on behalf of the tenant.
The property at 3 Paragon Way is a 68,000–square–foot, single–story office building whose tenants include a mix of medical, legal, consulting, and tech firms. The building is part of Monmouth Executive Center, a four-building suburban office park set around landscaped grounds with a central pond and located just off Route 9 in Freehold. The campus offers upgraded amenities including a tenant lounge with a café, fitness center, conference facilities, and surface parking.
The full–service law firm, founded in 1988, represents business clients on a multitude of general and complex legal matters, employment and municipal law as well as tax and estate planning for individuals.
