JLL arranges six New Jersey retail leases for fast-growing health care provider

JLL announced it has completed six new retail leases for IVX Health as the rapidly growing infusion and injection therapy provider expands its footprint into New Jersey.

IVX’s network of outpatient infusion centers provides care for patients across the country with complex chronic conditions such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and more.

The six new New Jersey IVX clinics are all located within retail centers, in line with the company’s strategy of expansion in communities where patients live and work.

“We seek locations where our patients can conveniently schedule their care appointments to easily fit into their existing lifestyles,” Bryan Padilla, director of facilities, IVX Health, said. “We are thrilled to continue expanding across the Northeast by opening new infusion centers in New Jersey, where we’re committed to delivering world-class care and clinical excellence to both patients and referring specialty providers.”

The new leases include:

  • Clifton Town Square, 700 Rt. 3, Clifton. Bill Farkas of Jeffery Realty represented the landlord in a 2,247-square-foot lease at the Trader Joe’s anchored Shopping center.
  • Neighborhood Retail Center, 501 Rt. 17, Paramus. Greg Panayoti of NIA National Realty represented the landlord in the lease of 2,756 square feet of retail space.
  • East Gate Square Shopping Center, East Gate Drive, Mount Laurel. Andrew Shpigel and Michael Gorman of Metro Commercial represented the landlord negotiating the lease for 1,873 square feet of retail space.
  • Park East Plaza, 818 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill. JLL represented both tenant and landlord in the 3,000-square-foot lease.
  • Edgewater Marketplace, 725 River Road, Edgewater. Ripco Real Estate represented the landlord, Capstone Marketplace, LLC, in the lease for 2,374 square feet of space.
  • South Pass Village, 1727 Springfield Ave, New Providence. JLL represented the tenant, dealing directly with ownership Regency Centers in the lease for 1,825 square feet of space.

IVX Health retained a JLL team led by Vice President Sarah Savage to manage the national rollout of its infusion clinics. Managing Director David Townes and Vice President Alana Friedman assist Savage in the New Jersey region, where IVX Health plans to open several more infusion centers over the next 12 months.

“After rising demand for modern medical space and a shortage of large block availabilities forced many health care providers to embrace previously unconventional space like shopping centers, these locations have now become a favored choice,” Townes said. “We are pleased to have identified multiple highly visible retail locations where IVX Health will be able to provide patients with easily accessible services in comfortable, modern settings with ample parking.”
