JLL Capital Markets on Monday said it significantly bolstered its debt and equity advisory group in New Jersey with the addition of Nazario Paragano to its Morristown office.
Paragano joins the Capital Markets team with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, a tenure primarily spent on the ownership and principal side of the industry. This unique background is expected to provide JLL’s clients with a distinct advantage in navigating complex capital solutions.
Michael Klein, Senior Managing Director and co-head of JLL’s New Jersey Capital Markets office, highlighted the strategic value of the new hire. “We’re really excited to bring Naz from the ownership side of the business to our debt and equity advisory team,” Klein said. “His unique insights and understanding of capital allocation decisions, investment strategies, and the owner’s perspective on financing structures will be invaluable to our clients.”
Before joining JLL, Paragano was most recently the Vice President of Acquisitions at Winfield Properties, specializing in sourcing and executing acquisition opportunities. His prior experience also includes a role as Vice President of Acquisitions at Onyx Equities, LLC, and as a Transactions and Asset Management Analyst at PGIM Real Estate.
Paragano expressed optimism about his transition to the advisory side. “I’m thrilled to join JLL and transition to the advisory side of the industry, especially as the debt markets continue to stabilize,” he commented. He believes his acquisitions background will enable him to “foresee clients’ needs, provide tailored solutions, and speak the same language as the principals making these critical financing decisions.”
