JP 3E Holdings, Inc., a Somerset-based commodity trading company, has announced a new partnership with Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Limited, a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Swiss AMG Holdings. The two companies have agreed to a joint venture that will establish a supply chain and value-added services relationship to deliver high-purity minerals and materials for the production of advanced electronics and the growing Artificial Intelligence (AI) semiconductor industry.
The partnership will combine the strengths of both companies. Swiss AMG Asia Pacific, with its 30 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain solutions, will provide the necessary funding for the joint venture to complete and execute on profitable commodity contracts. Meanwhile, JP 3E Holdings will leverage its existing relationships with specialized contract manufacturers and semiconductor fabricators in the United States and Korea.
John Park, CEO of JP 3E Holdings, stated that the partnership will be crucial for the company’s financial growth. “This joint Venture with Swiss AMG Asia Pacific Ltd. will provide JP3E with the necessary funding to complete and consummate many of these profitable commodity contracts.”
Raymond Ho, CEO of Swiss AMG Asia Pacific, highlighted the strategic importance of the collaboration.
“The partnership with JP3E provides access to specialized contract manufacturers and semiconductor fabricators in the USA and Korea where JP3E has established excellent relationships,” he said. “The evolution of high-speed Data Centers and AI expansion allows JP3E to source and provide the necessary materials to these customers.”
The partnership is positioned to address the increasing demand for strategic, high-value materials in the technology sector, with a particular focus on the development of AI and other sophisticated technology products. Swiss AMG is also known for its work in a variety of other fields, including green hydrogen and quantum encryption.
