Keepers restaurant now open across the street from Sports Illustrated Stadium

Advance Realty and Episcope bring new energy to Harrison

Keepers in Harrison is now open. Located in the street-level retail space of The Wyldes, the city’s newest luxury rental property, the new culinary destination at the heart of Harrison’s Riverbend District is the result of a dynamic collaboration between Episcope Hospitality and Advance Realty Investors.

Located steps from the entrance of Sports Illustrated Stadium, Keepers menu showcases American comfort food, including a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, Steak Frites, Soft Pretzel Bites, and a classic Wedge Salad. In the mornings, Keepers’ retro coffee window serves as a go-to stop for locals, pouring espresso, signature iced teas, and all the neighborhood favorites.

The space includes a bar, inviting dining room, and a private event space fit for up to 50 guests. The name is both an homage to the goalkeeper and a reminder of something (or someone) worth holding onto.

Led by David Morton of the renowned Morton’s Steakhouse family, Episcope Hospitality is known for creating exceptional food and beverage experiences across the country, with venues in New York City, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, and beyond. Their collaboration with Advance Realty Investors marks a new chapter for the Riverbend District, blending residential, retail, and recreational spaces into one seamless community.

“Keepers is designed to be more than just a restaurant; it’s where the neighborhood connects,” Daniel Orrison of Episcope Hospitality said. “Our location next to Sports Illustrated Stadium, and our partnership with Advance Realty, allow us to create a place where people come together, whether for pre-game meals, post-work cocktails, or a catch-up with friends.”

The opening of Keepers is a key milestone in Advance Realty Investors’ broader vision for the 35-acre Riverbend District, which also includes Steel Works and Cobalt Lofts. Developed by Advance, designed by MHS Architecture, and built by March Associates Construction, The Wyldes offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments just 10 miles from New York City.

“Keepers represents the next step in our vision to make the Riverbend District a true destination for both residents and visitors,” Dan Cocoziello, principal and COO of Advance Realty Investors said. “With Episcope Hospitality as our partner, we’re delivering a standout culinary experience that elevates the neighborhood and enhances the community we’re building in Harrison and beyond.”

Conveniently located across from the Harrison PATH Station, with a 20-minute train ride to Manhattan, the Riverbend District offers quick access to Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and top cultural destinations like Newark’s Ironbound District, the Prudential Center, and NJPAC.
