It’s a great line, so we’ll steal it from their own PR effort: Kessler PR can’t talk about its clients — but its clients clearly talk about them.
That was apparent after Chambers & Practices, in its annual review of crisis communications firms and leaders, ranked Kessler PR among the top 12 firms in the country in five categories, including firm-wide CrisisPR and Communications and Litigation support.

Karen Kessler, its founder and CEO, was ranked among the top 12 individuals in both categories. Warren Cooper received the honor in the crisis communications category. Client feedback is a big part of the methodology.
“This has been a great year at Kessler PR, and this recognition makes it even greater,” Kessler said on a social media recording. “It’s a tribute to the hard work we do.”
Then she offered the great line.
“We don’t talk about who we do it for, but we certainly can say how well we do it, and this time, a whole bunch of law firms said it, too,” she said. “So, thank you to everyone and to Chambers for giving us this recognition and ranking us so highly in the United States.”
Chambers and Partners is known for recognizing firms connected to the law based on extensive research and client feedback. These awards highlight excellence in various legal practice areas and jurisdictions. The awards are part of the annual Chambers USA guide, which evaluates and ranks law firms and individual attorneys based on their technical legal ability, client service and other factors.
Chambers Crisis & Risk Management rankings are a guide to the leading crisis response and risk advisory professional services providers in key markets worldwide, featuring detailed coverage of core crisis and risk services in the U.S., UK and global-wide regions.
Chambers says it is an invaluable resource for major corporates seeking to anticipate and mitigate risk exposures and to respond effectively to crisis events when they occur.
Kessler PR, well known in the state (and around the country) for its efforts, was thrilled to be recognized for the second consecutive year.
Karen Kessler said the firm already is working on another year of recognition. At least she hinted at it with another great line:
“I could not be more proud of my fabulous colleagues — what a recognition,” she wrote. “And the reward is more late nights and weekends ahead.”
Here’s hoping there was a smiley face emoji right after it.
