Klearcom, an Irish-based provider of global contact center testing solutions, officially established its first physical base in the United States with the opening of a new office in New Jersey. The company, headquartered in Waterford, Ireland, will be hiring 20 new team members over the next 12 months in sales and customer service roles to support its growing American customer base.
This strategic expansion is a key part of Klearcom’s growth strategy, which focuses on strengthening relationships with existing U.S. clients, including major corporations like Google, Mastercard, and Visa, while also attracting new customers.
“The U.S. market is vital to Klearcom’s growth strategy,” Mark Rohan, co-founder and chief operating officer of Klearcom said. “And, while this is our first office in the U.S., it will not be our only one.”
The move was welcomed by Peter Burke, Ireland’s Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, who highlighted the company’s impressive growth on the global stage. Klearcom’s new New Jersey location will enable it to provide faster service and on-the-ground support to better align with the needs of its American clients.
The expansion comes as the interactive voice response (IVR) market, currently valued at $5.9 billion, continues to experience significant growth. Klearcom’s AI-driven platform helps businesses quickly identify and resolve issues within their telecom system infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and quality of automated voice systems in critical customer service channels
