Developer KRE Group announced the final residential building at Valley View Park luxury rental community in East Hanover is now open and all construction on the property is complete.
Each of the 239 residences in the community are now available to lease or are already occupied.
Spanning five buildings across a campus-like property, Valley View Parks’s full complement of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, is highlighted by a central clubhouse and an outdoor amenity green – all of which are now also completely constructed.

KRE Group said it designed Valley View Park with the modern rental lifestyle in mind. One- and two-bedroom residences are available, as well as three-bedroom residences in select buildings.
Named for a historic golf course that occupied the property from 1937 to 1973, Valley View Park’s landscape is designed to live up to its namesake.
Green lawns are punctuated by buildings with distinctive architectural features. A walking trail leads to the property’s highest point, offering views of beautiful rolling hills. Old-growth trees shade people-centered spaces.

Valley View Park was designed by Handel Architects with Major Architects. Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners is the architect of record and interior design was provided by Major Architects.
