KSS Architects announces five new principals to lead next generation of growth and design excellence

KSS Architects on Monday announced the promotion of five leaders to the role of principal. The new leaders —Beth Emig, Alicia Heinsen, Srinath Nallan, Kyle Rendall and Andrew Sniderman—represent the next phase of collaborative leadership, poised to advance the firm’s vision of Today for Tomorrow through strategic impact, mentorship, and design excellence.

These individuals collectively bring deep expertise across key sectors for KSS, including education, housing, workplace, industrial, construction administration, and firm operations.
