Larken Associates on Tuesday announced the groundbreaking for Flemington Junction Business Center III. This new development is a two-building, 70,637-square-foot shallow-bay industrial/flex warehouse complex located at 21 Minneakoning Road in Flemington. The project is anticipated to be completed in July 2026.
The new facility is strategically designed to meet the high and increasing demand for Class-A shallow-bay industrial space in Central New Jersey, a market known for its low industrial vacancy rates.
Flemington Junction Business Center III will offer modern, flexible units starting at 3,900 square feet, with the ability to combine spaces up to 35,300 square feet to accommodate various tenant needs.

The development adds to Larken Associates’ significant industrial presence in Flemington. Upon completion, the new complex, along with the existing Flemington Junction Business Center and Business Center II, will combine for a total of 270,000 square feet in the area. This portfolio represents 25% of the firm’s industrial development over the past five years and is a crucial part of its 1,087,042-square-foot industrial portfolio spanning New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
