Larken Associates, a Branchburg-based commercial and residential real estate firm with deep New Jersey roots, has finalized a 1,200-square-foot retail lease with Fusion Eyewear LLC at Westfall Town Center, located at 111 Hulst Drive in Matamoras, Pa. The deal brings a new accessible eye care option to a regional shopping hub that heavily serves communities in Northern New Jersey, particularly those in Sussex and Warren counties.
Fusion Eyewear is an independently owned optical store offering a wide selection of frames, lenses, and accessories, along with comprehensive eye exams and vision care services. This marks the business’s second location in Pennsylvania, reflecting continued growth and demand for community-based eye care services in the region adjacent to New Jersey.
Victor Kelly, executive vice president, Commercial Division of Larken Associates, who represented the firm in the transaction, noted the center’s strategic appeal. “Westfall Town Center continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants that serve the daily needs of residents of Pike County and the surrounding communities,” Kelly said.
The 203,907-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center is strategically situated along Route 6 and is easily accessible via Interstates 84 and 209, key arteries for New Jersey traffic. Westfall Town Center is anchored by a 73,000-square-foot ShopRite and a 25,000-square-foot TJ Maxx, complemented by tenants like Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, and Flagship Cinemas.
The addition of Fusion Eyewear enhances the center’s full-service tenant mix, ensuring residents from both Pennsylvania and nearby New Jersey towns have convenient access to essential retail and services.
