Larken Associates has recently completed and fully leased its Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 20 Minneakoning Road in Flemington.
The multi-tenant industrial property situated in a prime location just off Route 31 and near Routes 22 and 202, as well as Interstates 78 is designed to meet the varying needs of today’s tenants.
The building features 32’ clear ceiling heights, 41’ by 50’ column spacing, 15 loading dock doors with levelers, two drive-in doors, heavy power capacity and floor load, and LED motion-sensor lighting. The property also boasts ample parking with two dual EV charging stations.
