Real estate developer Larken Associates said on Monday that Jamie Kerr has been promoted to director of Commercial Asset Management.
Kerr, who joined Larken in 2020, has emerged as a key leader within the firm’s commercial division, advancing through roles as commercial property manager and commercial asset manager.
Committed to advancing her expertise, Kerr has earned the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential.
In her new role Kerr will oversee the day-to-day operations of Larken Associates’ four million-square-foot commercial portfolio, working closely with Chief Investment Officer David Eickmeyer and the executive leadership team to maximize asset performance and streamline interdepartmental efficiencies.
