Larken Associates on Monday said it completed and fully leased Monte View at Pohatcong, a 120-unit luxury multifamily community located at 1001 Monte View Drive. The milestone marks another significant achievement for the Branchburg-based firm, whose Larken Living portfolio has expanded by over 1,100 units in the last five years.
Situated near Interstate 78, just one mile from the Pennsylvania border, Monte View at Pohatcong features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments across three garden-style buildings and a four-story elevatored building. The community is designed to offer a high-end living experience, with each unit featuring premium finishes such as quartz countertops, solid wood shaker-style cabinets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances and a private balcony. Residents also benefit from modern conveniences like in-unit washers and dryers and secure keyless entry smart locks.
