Larken Associates announced Wednesday a banner year for its Larken Living residential portfolio. The firm closed 2025 with a dominant 95% occupancy rate across its nearly 3,000-unit footprint, reflecting a resilient demand for luxury multifamily housing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The year-end data underscores a massive volume of activity for the firm’s leasing teams, who managed over 1,100 new rentals and nearly 1,900 lease renewals across 20 distinct communities.
The past 12 months were marked by significant construction and development triumphs, most notably in Warren County.

Monte View at Pohatcong: Larken successfully completed and fully leased this 120-unit luxury community, bringing high-end residential options to the growing Pohatcong submarket.

Trailside Village (Forks Township, PA): The firm launched pre-leasing for its largest project to date. This 420-unit luxury mixed-use development represents a major expansion in Pennsylvania, with the first residents expected to move in during early spring 2026.
Larken Associates has been on an aggressive growth trajectory, expanding its portfolio by 40% over the last five years. This expansion is fueled by a specialized focus on luxury “garden and garage” style apartments that cater to suburban professionals and families.
