Larken Associates announced the start of pre-leasing for Trailside Village, a brand-new mixed-use development located at 200 Trailside Drive in Forks Township, Pennsylvania.
The Larken Living community is the firm’s largest residential project to date, featuring 420 residential units and strategically located near the Delaware River, which separates Forks Township from New Jersey.
