The New Jersey office of Lee & Associates – WBE has successfully arranged an approximately 50,000-square-foot warehouse lease for Cangso Global Inc. at 240 Mill Road in Edison, New Jersey.
Jianning Meng, vice president at Lee & Associates, negotiated the transaction as the tenant representative. The multi-tenant property is owned by Heller Industrial Parks Inc.
Cangso Global, a U.S.-based fulfillment center specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions for e-commerce sellers, is relocating and expanding its East Coast distribution operation from Essex County.
“This successful transaction meets our client’s functional and logistical requirements, and aligns with their immediate and long-term goals,” Meng said.
The warehouse space provides the efficiency and flexibility needed for modern distribution, featuring four loading doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 42’ x 42’ column spacing, and an ESFR sprinkler system. The property offers superior logistical access, with immediate proximity to I-95, Route 1, and I-287.
Meng also commended the landlord, Heller Industrial Parks, for their dedication to the project, noting that they completed major property improvements—including office renovations and mechanical system upgrades—within a tight schedule to facilitate the tenant’s move.
