Lincoln Equities Group unveils master-planned industrial park in Morris Plains

Nearly 500,000-square-foot Class A spec development includes two high-capacity buildings with modern infrastructure and immediate highway access

Lincoln Equities Group officially unveiled Lincoln Logistics Morris Plains — the newly constructed project brings nearly 500,000 square feet of high-performance industrial space to the region.

Located at 201 Tabor Road in Morris Plains, the two-building project offers a strategic location and a best-in-class infrastructure.

The first building totals 224,750 square feet, while the second totals 270,000 square feet. The properties feature 40-foot clear ceiling heights, two drive-in doors, 54’ x 50’ column spacing, 35 dock doors, multiple means of ingress and egress, ESFR sprinkler systems and an on-site electrical substation offering high power with dual feeds. Both sites include ample parking for both cars and trailers.

Lincoln Logistics Morris Plains offers tenants direct access to key regional highways and infrastructure. The site is located just three miles from Route 287, five and a half miles from Route 80, and eight miles from Route 280. Newark Liberty International Airport is 30 miles away, with the Ports of Newark and Elizabeth just slightly farther at 32 miles. New York City and the George Washington Bridge are 35 miles from the property, while the Tappan Zee Bridge is accessible within 45 miles.
