Joseph Lombardo has been appointed as market director for the Florham Park office of UBS Wealth Management, the firm announced.
Lombardo, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry, including over two decades in leadership roles at UBS, also leads the firm’s offices in Short Hills and Westfield.
Lombardo, who began his career as a financial advisor, has since led initiatives focused on advisor development, client experience and strategic business growth across the region. He previously served as the firm’s head of leadership and future talent development, where he contributed to training the next generation of firm leaders across the country.
UBS Executive Mara Glassel praised his experience when announcing his appointment.
