MHS Lift recognized as top workplace for frontline workers based on employee feedback

Pennsauken-based MHS Lift, Inc., a leading North American provider of warehousing and distribution solutions, has been honored with the Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers Award by Bucketlist.

The award is particularly notable as it is based entirely on feedback gathered directly from MHS Lift employees through a confidential survey. The survey, administered by Bucketlist in partnership with Energage, measured the core themes of the employee experience, including whether employees feel Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace for Frontline Workers is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people on the ground every day,” Brett Levin, co-president, MHS Lift said. “Our technicians, mechanics and drivers are the heart of our business, and their dedication is what fuels our success.”

The company emphasizes that maintaining a positive culture is a priority as it continues its expansion.

“As our company continues to grow, it’s incredibly important that we maintain a positive workplace culture,” Andy Levin, co-president, MHS Lift said. “This award reflects the hard work of our team and the strong relationships we’ve built with our customers.”
