Lou Monari, a longtime trusted advisor to business owners, executives and entrepreneurs,
has joined the DAK Group as a principal, the firm announced Monday.
The DAK Group is a boutique investment bank specializing in serving the M&A needs of
middle-market companies.
With decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, business
development, and turnaround strategies, Monari’s skillset appears to be a perfect fit.
Monari, who most recently led business development efforts at Aon Risk Solutions, brings
a practical, solutions-oriented approach to business, DAK Group CEO Alan Scharfstein said.
“I’ve known Lou for years and have consistently seen his talent for turning complex
challenges into smart, strategic action for his clients,” he said. “We are excited that he has
