NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. sells mixed-use property in Raritan

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has facilitated the sale of a two-building mixed-use property at 54 and 13 W. Somerset Street in Raritan. The transaction, handled by Associate Vice President Kelly Bayer, involved the sale of the portfolio to an unnamed buyer for an undisclosed amount.

The portfolio, located in the town’s main business corridor, includes 10 apartment units, four commercial suites, and a shared parking lot. The property is within a five-minute walk of NJ Transit’s Raritan Station and is surrounded by a variety of local retailers and amenities.

According to Bayer, the sale represents “a unique opportunity for an investor seeking exposure in a town that is growing rapidly in both population and commerce.” The properties are in excellent condition and have a high occupancy rate, a testament to their prime location in Raritan’s evolving central business district.

The area is seeing increased demand for mixed-use properties, fueled by recent residential developments like The Crossings at Raritan Station and The Lena, which are contributing to a growing population.
