NAI DiLeo-Bram markets two industrial sites (totaling 28,000 SF) in Union Township

Two industrial units at 1110 Springfield Road in Union Township, totaling more than 28,000 square feet, are available for lease, NAI DiLeo-Bram announced Tuesday.

Located in a prime industrial corridor at the crossroads of Northern and Central New Jersey, NAI DiLeo Bram VPs Kyle Gerace and Christopher Chiusolo said the flexible warehouse spaces are an ideal option for a wide range of business operations.

Unit A comprises 12,146 square feet and includes one loading dock, one drive-in door, newly installed windows and a 1,374-square-foot garage. With a 15-foot clear ceiling height, the space can be easily adapted to accommodate a customized warehouse operation.

“Demand for warehouse space of this size and caliber in Union County remains very strong, with Springfield Road offering tenants multiple loading options,” Gerace said. “Its configuration makes it a prime choice for companies looking to enhance their logistics operations.”

Unit B spans nearly 15,985 square feet and is outfitted with one loading dock and 15-foot clear ceiling heights, offering efficient functionality for warehousing, distribution or light manufacturing.

“The Union submarket is experiencing sustained absorption, fueled by the growth of e-commerce and supply chain needs, which makes the availability of this space even more unique and particularly attractive to last-mile distributors, manufacturers and supply chain operators,” Chiusolo said.

Located near Route 22, I-78 and the Garden State Parkway, 1110 Springfield Road offers direct connectivity to Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth.
