NAI James E. Hanson trades West Orange medical office building for $2.5M

NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning has done it again. The brokerage’s duo of Darren Lizzack  and Randy Horning sold a 10,000-square-foot medical office building in West Orange for $2.5 million.

Lizzack-Horning represented the seller, Robert Scibetti, in the transaction with the buyer, Premiere Titan Properties, LLC.

Located at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way, the asset is a two-story medical office building located across from the Essex County Country Club in West Orange.

The property boasts proximity to the Interstate 280 exchange, as well as NJ Transit bus and rail services, ensuring strong accessibility. Additionally, 1001 Pleasant Valley Way is situated within 10 miles of several hospitals including Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Mountainside Medical Center, and Silver Lake Hospital.

“West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location,” Lizzack said. “However, we were able to procure an ideal buyer and secure a strong return for our client in this transaction. We’d like to wish the buyer all the best with their new asset.”
